We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 15-20 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree (we prefer a master's degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of IT/IM services
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Management and coordination of a geographically dispersed staff
- Monitor project progress and ensure project teams meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that project communications are timely, accurate, and effective.
