Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years as an FAA Certified A&P Mechanic
- 3+ years of previous classroom instructor experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and on-line video meetings
Preferred:
- Previous 14 CFR 135 and 145 maintenance experience
- Experience grading and evaluating students
- 3+ years of adult curriculum design
- Experience with distance learning capabilities and programs.
Physical requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Some repetitive motions
- Little physical effort
- Occasional travel,
- Occasional varied hours, including working at night or on weekends
