FM Area 4 is responsible for the care and upkeep of the oldest and newest buildings on campus. Our area of responsibility has over 2 million square feet of interior space that includes Biology, Engineering and Fine Arts spaces as well as offices and classrooms.

- Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.

High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Possession of a current New Mexico Journeyman Plumber's License.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- New Mexico Gas Fitters License (JPG)
- Prior experience working in a commercial environment.
- Proven experience keeping excellent/accurate maintenance records using a personal touch screen mobile device (I-Pad).
