Position Summary

Responsible for all FDA and MSQA rules and regulations along with the quality assurance and quality control of Mammography.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED. Graduate of an AMA accredited educational program, or its equivalent.
    • Minimum Experience: One year technical experience. Prefer some supervisory experience. Ability to relate well to staff, physicians, and patients.
    • Licensure/Certification: Holds and maintains current registry certificate of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Holds and maintains current New Mexico State Certificate as a Radiographic Radiologic Technologist.

CPR certification required. Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.

If not currently holding ARRT Advanced Certificate in Mammography, must pass the Advanced Certification registry within one year of hire.
