Senior Director, Commercial Products- Market Owner
The Head of Pharmaceutical Commercial GTM Strategy will be responsible for driving the market success of our pharmaceutical Commercial product portfolio across the Clarivate customer portfolio. This individual will drive our approach to the Commercial market, working primarily with marketing and sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the market for pharmaceutical commercial data and applications.
In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to work with a team of entrepreneurial Life Sciences industry and technology leaders, who, together, are bringing the next generation of innovative pharmaceutical commercial applications to the life sciences industry.
This position can be performed remote or near any Clarivate office in the US
About you (experiences, education, accomplishments)
Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant degree
10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions in commercial space
History of success in GTM strategy or sales roles at an organization that ships successful enterprise software products in the Life Sciences & Healthcare market
What will you do in this role?
Own the business plan and quarterly business reviews for our commercial business
Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams driving the adoption of our commercial product portfolio
Advise the Consulting organization to support product adoption
Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications
Represent Clarivate to relevant policy & advocacy industry associations
SKILLS & ABILITIES
The successful candidate will demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:
Deep understanding of LSH commercial data & software industry trends
Ability to hold meaningful conversations with heads of departments, executives and IT regarding product introduction, adoption, and scaling
Ability to travel for customer meetings, presentations, and conferences
Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
