Coordinates, plans, and evaluates community-based nutrition programs and events in community kitchens; collaborating with community organizations and coalitions. Builds relationships with community partners, utilizes knowledge about nutrition to build and implement programs, providing guidance to Community Health team. Provide individual or group diabetes self-management care and/or medical nutrition therapy that is integrated and compatible with the patient-focused medical goals and objectives.

Other information:
Bachelors degree in nutrition and clinical dietetics.
*New Mexico Dietetics License required- NM Reg&Lic
*Registered Dietitian credential through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
*One to three years experience in nutrition preferable, but will consider new graduate
