FYI, Duty 1: EA will efficiently and effectively maintain the Outlook calendar of the Vice President for Equity and Inclusion (VPEI), including scheduling 1:1, small and large group meetings, and meetings that include local, national, and international partners (50%). Duty 2: EA will receive, screen, evaluate, and determine appropriate response to all written correspondence received by DEI; and will suggest responses, as appropriate (10%). Duty 3: EA will manage special programs for VPEI (such as Inclusive Excellence postdoc and hiring programs, HHMI Mentoring program, and the like), and work with Program Manager to oversee planning and coordination of special events on behalf of VPEI (10%).
