M1 is looking for a Deputy Contractor Program Manager:
General Requirements:
* Reports to the Contractor Program Manager (CPM)
* Assists the CPM with the successful performance of site contract requirements and with full authority to make necessary
decisions.
* Understands both operational and maintenance issues that have to be defined and managed to ensure accomplishment of mission
objectives.
* Optimizes the use of personnel, equipment, and facilities while maintaining a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness to the
customers' needs.
* Interfaces with the Functional Commander, Contracting Office, Government Program Manager, internal and external customers,
and higher headquarters.
* Assists the CPM with executing the contract in a safe and efficient manner acceptable to the Government.
* Assists the CPM in complying with the terms of the contract.
* Continuously interfaces and coordinates with Quality Assurance Manager, Maintenance Manager, Senior Logistics Manager and
Business Supervisor to assist the CPM with overseeing all aspects of maintenance and mission support.
* Provides guidance for workforce management on matters pertaining to employee hiring, termination, transfer, evaluation, training
and disciplinary actions.
* Assists the CPM with the safety and security of employees and Government facilities, equipment, classified information and
material.
* Assists the CPM directing, planning, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating the operations and personnel.
Additional Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
* Minimum 20 years Air Force Aircraft Maintenance experience; must include assignment at MAJCOM/Center level.
* Minimum 10 years Air Force fighter aircraft maintenance experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as Maintenance Operations Office or Maintenance Superintendent or higher.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (must maintain for life of contract)
* Completion of AS9110 Lead Auditor class.
* Must speak, read, write and understand English.
* Must fully understand quality control procedures.
* Must be experienced with support agreements.
* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Work, Outlook,
Powerpoint and Excel.
* Must obtain/maintain a secret security clearance and base access.
* Must be a US citizen with current valid US Driver's license.
* Able to travel as required.
* Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing,
kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
