The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks to hire a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to assist with clerical duties. This position requires a reliable, organized person who has good time-management and communication skills. The student will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Duties include:
* Updating reports, entering data and creating spreadsheets
* Sorting and delivering mail
* Email communication with staff and faculty
* Update and maintain files
* Prepare and assist with documents including all programs that run in MS Office, Smartsheets, Adobe, Marq and other software
* Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
* Maintain confidentiality
* Customer service driven
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions
* Proactive and action oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Data Entry
* Knowledge of Smartsheets
* Available for 10 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
* Work study qualified
